Materials:
- Latex-free vinyl cover
- Non-toxic silica gel
Instructions for Use:
For Cold Therapy:
- Place the ice pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- Remove from the freezer
- Place a towel between your skin and the ice pack
- Apply to the area to be treated
- WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
For Heat Therapy:
- Heat pack in microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until warm. Do not exceed 150 degrees.
